What better way to start than with a zero-mile appetizer? We choose from our selected suppliers high-quality hams, salami, cheeses and the freshest seasonal vegetables. From tuscan cold cuts, various pecorino and French cheeses to early vegetables from the orto, you can appreciate the appetizers of the menu served with carefully studied combinations of flavors.

First courses of artisanal pasta

Lungarno23 is also the restaurant in Florence where you can eat fresh pasta first courses served in various way.

Or first courses made with ancient “Grano Verna”, with excellent nutritional properties and a very low percentage of gluten (0.9% against 14% for normal wheat). In addition to pasta, legume and vegetable soups varying according to seasonal products await you.

Second

Second courses of meat and vegetables

If Chianina beef burgers are our signature dish, you can also find many other second courses, based on meat and vegetables. As the Chianina IGP Florentine steak, the Chianina beef sirloin with a classic Chianti reduction with fresh seasonal vegetable. And also tartare, roast beef, Chianina “ossobuco alla milanese” with saffron risotto and other recipes.

Do you prefer chicken to Chianina? Our local chicken is definitely the dish for you. And for summer evenings, the Chianina sushi made with rice, beef fillet, “lardo di Colonnata”, raw ham, avocado, wasabi, seaweed and other delicacies is waiting for you.

Homemade desserts and Florentine specialties

To end your meal, you can choose one of our desserts: the dark chocolate Tenerina, served with chocolate mousse, the Cheesecake with artisanal strawberries or chocolate sauce. Don’t miss the typical Cantucci di Prato with almonds served with a glass of Vin Santo.

In addition to the exclusive desserts of our cuisine, the menu also includes the Gelato alla crema from Vivoli, the oldest ice cream shop in Florence, and the semifreddo Millefoglie with Buontalenti flavor from the famous Pasticceria Badiani. Two unmissable cornerstones for visitors and florentines.
